Ideal for those bright-eyed brides that enjoy being involved in the planning of their dream wedding, but need to be perfectly paired with a planner that will help bring their vision to life, wrangle in all those known and unknown details and be their sounding board of advice and guidance along the way. 

The following is included within the Lilly wedding investment: 

- The client is responsible for the majority of the initial vendor selection and communication (calling vendors, obtaining quotes and securing). However, beginning 2 months prior to the event, AGE will become the single point of contact for all vendors and will assist in finalizing all of the details.
- Provide expertise, recommendations and guidance during the entire planning process
- Work with you to develop to create/design the entire concept/theme of your event
- Provide a custom comprehensive checklist to work from during the planning process
- Assist in creating customized event timelines
- 6 in-person planning meetings
- AGE will provide: 
  1. An event coordinator to assist/lead ceremony rehearsal  
  2. An AGE Bestie that will be your personal assistant the day of your event
  3. A team to execute set up, management during the event and event tear down  
 


the Tinsley

Ideal for the cutie-pie couple that prefers to pal up with a planner to guide them every step of the wedding planning way!  

The following is included within the Tinsley wedding investment:

- AGE will act as the point of contact for all vendors through the entire planning process, handling all of the communication on your behalf. AGE will seek out vendors, coordinate and attend meetings, request quotes and negotiate contracts on your behalf.
- Work with you to develop create/design the entire concept/theme of your event
- Provide a custom comprehensive checklist to guide you through the planning process
- Provide an overall event budget and tracking of vendor payments and due dates as needed
- Assist in creating customized event timelines
- 2 in-person planning meetings per month
- Access to all AGE inventory
- AGE will provide: 
  1. An event coordinator to assist/lead ceremony rehearsal  
  2. An AGE Bestie that will be your personal assistant the day of your event
  3. A team to execute set up, management during and event tear down

We have a small love affair with invitations and all of the printed stationery that goes along with any event. These pieces are essential as they brand and communicate the theme of your event to your guests. From the moment your guest receives the invitation,  they instantly form an impression of your event. Let's ensure it is the ideal one! 

We have developed a successful process for creating custom, high-quality stationery and take pride in delivering these at affordable prices. We work with you to find a design that works for your event and within your budget and ensure we capture a cohesive theme throughout. 

This service can be added to any of the packages or selected as a stand alone service. This includes the design of  Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Table Numbers, Menus, Signage and any additional other pieces. The client will be responsible for material and printing costs.

The best soft pretzel ever eaten was from: "The Flying Saucer in St. Louis. The cream cheese and chive dip was Instagram-able!"  

The beauty of flowers on the day of an event paired with just the right music are a couple of her favorite things during each event. She's a firm believer that together they {music + flowers} help set the tone and make each event extra special.

A place she considers 'Heaven on Earth': The Silos in Waco, TX! "It's where farmhouse dreams come true!"

The other girls are sure to gather around her to see if she sheds a tear {which she usually does!} during her favorite part of the evening... toasts!

Loves: the beach, Wichita State, and music (this includes singing in the car!)

Although she's an expert at tying bows, it's the look on the couple and their families faces when they realize everything has been taken care of and that they can fully enjoy their special day that Ashley enjoys the most.
